1. About the Platform
Cover My Classes is a technology marketplace operated by CML Venture Group.

2. Marketplace Only
Cover My Classes is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, payroll provider, Pilates studio or instructor provider.

3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.

4. Studios
Studios are responsible for class details, workplace safety, compliance and payment obligations.

5. Instructors
Instructors are responsible for qualifications, registrations, insurance, taxation and legal compliance.

6. Payments
Payments and payouts are facilitated through Stripe and Stripe Connect. Fees may apply.

7. Community Content
Users retain ownership of content but grant Cover My Classes a worldwide licence to host, display and distribute content for platform operations.

8. Ratings and Reviews
Reviews must be honest and not misleading. We may remove reviews at our discretion.

9. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, policy breaches or conduct creating risk to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cover My Classes is not liable for instructor performance, studio conduct, disputes, injuries, losses, employment claims or tax obligations.

11. Disputes
Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly. We may assist but are not obligated to adjudicate disputes.

12. International Use
Users are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.

13. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time.

14. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct
Cover My Classes maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
Users must not upload, post, share, or transmit content that is:
Harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory
Hateful, discriminatory, or intended to incite hatred
Sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate
Violent or promotes illegal activities
Spam, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
Otherwise objectionable, offensive, or harmful to other users
Users may report objectionable content or abusive users through the platform using the available reporting features.
Cover My Classes reviews reported content promptly and reserves the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.
